ICBA LIVE The Independent Community Bankers Of America is the nation’s voice for community banks with its mission to create and promote an environment where community banks flourish. Mandy Smart and Shane Bridges attended ICBA LIVE, the largest annual gathering of community bankers, in San Antonio where they had the opportunity to meet ICBA President & CEO, Rebecca Romero Rainey.

Congresswoman Letlow Ribbon Cutting Congresswoman Julia Letlow hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony at her new Monroe office. Shelly Harrell, Mandy Smart, and Shane Bridges were proud to attend and show their support for Congresswoman Letlow.

JohnnyWilliams Graduated LBA

Leadership School Johnny Williams from our Rayville branch completed the Louisiana Bankers Association 2021 Leadership School, “Growing our Next Generation of Leaders.” The six-month program included online coursework and five instructor-led sessions focused on developing leadership skills and enhancing knowledge in various areas of banking.
